How to temporarily disable the app

Turn off the download link and the delivery email without uninstalling the app, then switch them back on.

Pause the app without uninstalling it: turn off the download link and the delivery email, and switch them back on whenever you want.

1. Turn off the download link on the Thank you page

Go to LDT Digital Downloads → Settings → Checkout page, open the Thank you / order status page card and switch off Show download link from thank you page.

2. Turn off the delivery email

Go to LDT Digital Downloads → Settings → Email notification → Automatic email template and switch off Automatically send email. Orders still come in, but no delivery email leaves the app while this is off.

Result

Customers no longer get a download link or a delivery email from the app. Switch both back on to resume: orders placed in the meantime still have their files, and you can email any of them from the order page with Resend email.
