How to add the My Downloads page to your website menu
Put the customer download page in your store menu so buyers can find their files again later.
Give customers a permanent link to their downloads: put the download page in your store menu.
1. Find your download page URL
Go to LDT Digital Downloads → Settings → Download portal and copy the Page URL in the Search digital order page section. Keep Show digital order search form on — that is what lets a customer find their order with an order number and an email or phone number.

2. Add the link to your store menu
In your Shopify admin go to Online Store → Navigation, open the Main menu, click Add menu item, name it (for example My Downloads), paste the URL and click Save menu.
Result
Your storefront menu now links to the download page. The customer opens it, enters the order number and the email or phone number used at checkout, and downloads the files.
