# How to Translate Your Automated Emails into Local Languages

Sending emails in your customers' native language is crucial for enhancing user experience, increasing open rates, and boosting engagement. With LDT, you can easily translate all automated email templates—like welcome emails, note notifications, and account activation emails—without any technical knowledge.

### Step 1: Access the Email Template to Translate

From your LDT admin dashboard, navigate to **Settings** > **Email Notification**.

You will see a list of all automated email types:

* Course enrollment welcome
* Notes in the course
* Customer account invitation
* Essay questions

Find the email you want to translate and click "**Edit Email Template**."

### Step 2: Select a Language and Edit Translations

After clicking "**Edit Email Template**," a new window will appear. Here, you can select the language and modify the text.

Select Language:

Find the section labeled "**Select a language to update translation texts**."

* Use the dropdown menu or the search bar to choose the language you want to translate into (e.g., German, French, etc.).

Modify Translations:

* The system will display the default translation texts for the language you've selected.
* Review and edit the text in the left-hand panel to ensure the translation is accurate, natural, and culturally appropriate for your customers.
